We can offer support with your mental health & wellbeing

Aberdeen Foyer offers a service called ‘First Contact’. It supports people aged 16 and over who have long-term mental health conditions and struggle to self-manage due to negative impacts of COVID-19. The aim of our service is to support people within Aberdeen City and Shire to improve their mental wellbeing and build resilience as well as address any immediate needs they may have.

Our support is delivered using a holistic and person-centred approach to address what individual and specific needs, goals and challenges are.

If you wish to refer yourself or somebody you support to our First Contact Service, please use the link below and select the ‘First Contact’ option.
