NHS 24
NHS 24 is a call centre operated by the NHS to provide patients with health advice and help over the phone when your usual GP services aren’t available. Referrals can also be made over the phone to crisis support and other mental health professionals out with normal GP practice working hours.

Shout Crisis Text Line
If you're struggling to cope and need mental health support you can receive support vis text. Text "SHOUT" to 85258 text "YM" if you're under 19.
Paypyrus - Hopelink UK
Paypyrus have a free helpline called Hopelink UK for people under 35 who are thinking about taking their own life or for anyone who is concerned that a young person could be having suicidal thoughts.

Breathing Space is a free and confidential phone line for anybody experiencing low mood or depression.

Prevent Suicide - NE Scotland App and Website
The Prevent Suicide - NE Scotland App and website is aimed at users in the north east of Scotland. Provides helpful info for those affected in any way by suicide, extensive contact details for services in Aberdeen city, Aberdeenshire and Moray as well as allowing users to create their own safety plan.
The Staying Safe website has information and videos guiding you how to make a safety plan in order to prepare a plan for how to keep yourself safe if you have suicidal thoughts.
The NHS inform Scotland website has information on services and helplines you can contact if you are having suicidal thoughts.

Calm Harm is a free app to help teenagers to find ways to manage the urge to self-harm.
