Build Confidence. Develop Skills. Take Your Next Step.

The King’s Trust Team Programme

The King’s Trust Team Programme, formerly known as The Prince’s Trust Team Programme, is a free 12-week personal development and employability programme for young people aged 16 to 25 who are not currently in education, employment or training.

The programme brings together young people from different backgrounds, abilities and interests. Through group activities, individual challenges, a community project, work placement and team challenge, learners are supported to build confidence, develop motivation and gain skills for work, learning and life.

Learners can also work towards nationally recognised qualifications while planning their next steps towards employment, training, volunteering or further learning.
