On the Sunday the 4th October 2026 I will be running the Manchester Half Marathon for the 5th time. I have decided to mark the occasion by raising money for a very worthy local Aberdeen based Charity Aberdeen Foyer.

Please support my run by donating to my Just Giving Page.
