Aberdeen Foyer will be offering free workshops based on the HENRY course:

• Eat Well for Less

• Fussy Eating

• Healthy Teeth

• Looking after ourselves

• Starting Solids

• Understanding Children’s behaviour

We will also be offering an 8 week course called:

Henry Healthy families: right from the start.
