FREE Henry Courses in Peterhead

We are excited to launch a wide range of HENRY programmes, workshops, and support services designed to help parents and carers build healthier, happier family lives.

Dates: Tuesday 20th January – March 17th (places are still available)

Time:  10am – 12 noon

We are working in partnership with HENRY and Aberdeenshire Council to deliver a wide range of HENRY programmes, workshops and support services designed to help parents and carers build happier, healthier lives. 

The programme includes:

  • Fussy Eating

  • Eat Well For Less

  • Understanding Behaviours

Childcare costs will be covered will attending the programme
