platform to work

Platform to Work is a new programme that offers participants the chance to achieve job aspirations within the oil and gas industry.
The programme has been designed to meet the needs of employers whilst supporting trainees through preparation for work, formal training and into employment.
Platform to Work is available to a wide range of participants although we will specifically target people in the 18-25 age group who have been unemployed between 0-24 months and who are from a wide range of backgrounds. The key requirement will be the commitment of individuals to progress towards achieving and maintaining employment.
