Foyer Music provides a range of opportunities for young people interested in music.
Foyer Music comprises of:-
a) A rehearsal room with a full backline
(Amps, drums, keyboards etc) and a vocal PA.
Rehearsing £8 per hour (backline & PA supplied)
b) A 24-channel studio
Recording Additional £6 per hour (backline & engineer supplied)
c) A DJ Room with two Technics 1210 turntables, Numark CD decks and mixer with large, wall-mounted speakers and bass bin.
DJ twin-deck mixing £5 per hour (all equipment supplied)The music room is open
Monday-Thursday 1pm -10pm and Friday is 1pm - 6pm
Saturday 12 noon - 4pm

Information on Foyer Music...
- We run a project called "Foyerlive" which takes young musicians and bands out to play gigs in local venues, all of which are open to anyone over 14 and very cheap to get in.
- We run regular workshops about careers within the music industry.
- We are part of the team who run goNORTH, a major music industry festival and seminar held evey May in Aberdeen which brings new bands from all the world to play in Aberdeen.
